Automated plants
In Ayesa we started our work in the yeast obtaining process at the end of the 80s. Since those days, we have developed a wide international activity in this field.
We build fully automated plants, including the product’s transportation, cleaning, etc., according to the good manufacturing practices (GMP´s).
In this field, we contribute with our experience in all the process phases:
- Molasses treatment.
- Fermentation; initial phase (sterile), propagation and commercial fermentation.
- Separation.
- Filtration.
- Extrusion and packaging.
- Yeast drying.
- Auxiliary services: CIP (Cleaning in Place), process waters, hot water, HVAC definition.
We also offer our collaboration in the remodeling, automation and updating of the existing plants.
We have created complete plants for yeast production in countries like Morocco, China, Italy, South Africa, Holland, Germany, Belgium, and Korea.
