This way, we are 100% sure that there is no gap that creates any surprise in the further constructive project development that endangers the previous conception of it or its viability.
Most of the time, the customer will not conceive the draft development independently but will set out its drafting jointly with the Previous Studies, the Viability Studies, and, even, with further Construction Projects.
