Basic Projects
A solid start point
As part of the project development process, we also draft basic projects. Whether drafts are created by us or designs are provided by external contributors, we complete the geometrical definition. We insist upon the coordination between the various disciplines intervening in the project, as they relate to civil engineering, facilities engineering, environment or architecture.
In this way we assure a compact and coherent basic project document where all the situations that demand the different disciplines and the fulfillment of the various rules are foreseen. This approach also works as a solid ground for the future creation of the next phases of development: execution of the project and construction management.
Our multidisciplinary and multinational team allows us to undertake these tasks with high competence levels in every country. We are especially effective in projects that, due to their size or complexity, require the coordination of big multidisciplinary teams, mainly of large buildings and infrastructures.
