As an Energetic Services Company (ESE/ESCO) we carry out the audit, planning, execution, and financing of a series of energetic efficiency measures in industrial and construction facilities in order to optimize the energy and water supply and the usage of both. This work has a direct impact in both consumption and costs savings for our customers. The projects recover their investment with the obtained savings, i.e., without assuming any overcost for the facilities owner while at the same time obtaining financial profitabilities from operation.
We are experts in the application of principles of energetic management for the complex, environmental control, construction and project management systems, as well as the operation’s financial design; adjusting it to the customer’s requirements. We assume full responsibility of the analysis, design, construction, monitoring, operation, and maintenance of the facilities.
